Pure Block Management: Providing property management services to the region’s most desirable developments

Pure Block Management has been selected to manage some of the region’s most sought-after residential developments.

Wykeland Beal, who are behind the development of homes and apartments in Hull’s Fruit Market, rely on the expertise of the Pure team to manage their facilities and ensure the highest standards of accommodation.

Likewise, Pure has been chosen by Beverley-based Foxglove Homes to manage its Alexandra House apartment complex in Hornsea.

Liam Parker, [director] at Pure Block Management, says the firm is delighted to provide management services for two such desirable developments.

He said: “We’re obviously delighted to have been entrusted to manage this prestigious development of contemporary city living in Hull, which has been widely recognised for its high quality and for playing a huge role in regenerating a key area of the city around the Marina and Humber Street.

“As soon as these properties became available there was huge demand as it is a very desirable place to live.

“Our role is to ensure that the development runs smoothly on behalf of our client and is well maintained across all communal areas and facilities at all times.

“For leaseholders, we ensure that all matters affecting the day to day experience of living there, such as lighting, refuse collection, servicing and general maintenance, are in hand and managed effectively.

“It is imperative that the experience of living in the Fruit Market lives up to the expectation of the residents, and the Pure Block Management team plays a big part in that.”

Meanwhile, Alexandra House, in Hornsea, is on the site of the former Alexandra Hotel, which dates back to the 1860s.

The complex includes nine one and two bedroom apartments – including a penthouse marketed as ‘the ultimate in luxury coastal living’ – offering stylish interiors, bespoke kitchens and bathrooms and sea views.

The Pure Block Management team manages more than 2,000 residential units in more than 100 developments across the region.

Among the developments it manages in Hull some of the well-known ones are the Queens Court (BBC Building), the old post office City Exchange and the Fruit Market development.

In East Yorkshire its growing portfolio includes some well-known developments such as Raywell House in Raywell, Swanland Hall in Swanland, Gate House in York and Old Manor Lawns in Beverley.

Mr Parker said: “The quality of developments that are turning to us for support is an indication of the strength of our reputation.

“Developers and owners come to us looking for assurances over reliability and compliance. They want peace of mind that their premier developments are maintained and managed to the same standard they were built.

“From a resident’s perspective, we are of course available to assist 24 hours a day when there are emergencies, but with good planning and management we can ensure all issues impacting on their quality of life at home are taken care of, resulting in stress-free living.”
