Pure Block Management is delighted to have added more specialist knowledge and experience to the team with the appointment of Dannielle Read as block manager.
Dannielle joins having previously been Facilities Manager at North Point Shopping Centre in Hull – a role which demanded many of the same qualities required in terms of maintaining high standards in a high-use property.
She also brings experience of block management having spent two years with Lambert Smith Hampton, and 13 years’ experience of working in the management of student accommodation.
Dannielle is already responsible for overseeing and managing residential blocks in Hull, Brough, South Cave, Beverley, Cottingham, Hornsea and Immingham.
“Dannielle is a great addition to the team as she joins with experience of property management in various sectors, including retail at the North Point Shopping Centre and residential block management,” said Liam Parker, director of Pure Block Management.
“With experience of managing facilities for student accommodation and retail, Dannielle has worked in challenging and fast-paced environments, where properties need to be efficiently and effectively managed to ensure they are maintained at the highest standard for users.
“Those are qualities needed in residential block management, but we know she won’t be phased and will be able to meet the demands of the role to ensure we provide the best service to leaseholders, landlords and tenants.”

Dannielle, from East Hull, says she was thrilled to be offered the opportunity at Pure Block Management.
“As a local girl who has worked in the local property market, I was of course aware of Pure Block Management,” she said.
“I’d heard plenty of positive things about the company, and the people who work here, so it was an opportunity I was really keen to take.
“One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping residents and solving problems. I am committed to delivering excellent service, addressing issues efficiently, and creating positive outcomes for the communities I manage. My experience across both residential and commercial environments has given me a practical, customer-focused approach to property and facilities management."
