At Pure Block Management, we specialise in seamless transitions, and our team will conduct a free site visit and review of any property where the Residents’ Management Company, Right To Manage Company, or Freeholder is looking to make a change.

Our team will inspect the development, review the current arrangement in place and provide a tailored written management proposal, based on the exact needs of the property, its owners and residents.

We will then liaise with the existing agent to ensure all management information and responsibilities are handed over in a timely manner, allowing us to take over the day-to-day and long-term running of the block.
